Return Policy
Limited Warranty: NW Golf Carts, Inc warrants all new products against manufacturing defects for one year from our customers purchase date. (Rebuilt and Used parts are not included). NW Golf Carts, Inc will not be liable for any cost of service calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially and/or any other damages resulting from the installation of our parts.
Claims: Shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported to NW Golf Carts, Inc 4 days from receipt of merchandise. All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed with Freight Company by our customer at the time of receipt of goods, and notation made on the bill of lading at that time.
Returns: Catalog products are returnable with preauthorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers. Only returns with an authorized RMA number displayed on the label will be accepted by our receiving department. Products returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. To determine if you product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact us. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. A Return Material Authorization number is not a GUARANTEE of Credit.
Special Orders: Any items ordered that are not listed in our catalog or E-commerce site are determined as Special order. All special order items are NOT RETURNABLE. Other non-returnable items are aerosol cans, hardware, manuals, custom products and batteries.
